Terms and Conditions:

1. Gas certificates are issued by Propco Marketing Inc. and will be delivered by US Postal Service mail.

2. The promo code “GAS” must be referenced to validate transactions.

3. Valid only in the State of Virginia.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. Current policy coverage must be identical to quoted coverage to qualify for promotion. The customer must first fax in a copy of thier current declarations page so that we may confirm you are getting a lower price with anothe insurance company.

 
6. Customers will receive $20 in gas rebate coupons.  In order to receive the cash value, customer must:
a. Purchase gas at any fuel station
b. Return rebate coupon by mail with gas receipt
c. Customer receives check for value of rebate.

7. Elephant Insurance Services, LLC reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.

8. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Elephant Insurance Services, LLC, or Elephant Insurance Company ("Sponsor") and any such individuals' immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this contest.

9. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your certificate.

10. Individuals may not underwrite their own policy.
