“Day in the life of Marcus Gray”

I am one of the members of the New Outbound team. My main objective is to call and transfer aggregators to our sales agents to be converted from “just curious” to customers. That helps the company keep down cost of quotes because aggregators are one of, if not the cheapest form of finding eligible prospects. It has become a rather successful pilot for us all here at Elephant in terms of driving sales. Plus it gives me something productive to do when I’m not throwing Nerf darts at other members of the herd.
