A normal day for me is screening resumes, talking to potential candidates on the phone, setting up interviews, drug testing new hires and organizing the recruiting process. I track all of these steps through our recruiting metrics so that I continue to improve our process.I am always on the hunt for new candidates to all all the Elephant jobs. I love making job offers and watching new hires succeed in their jobs here at Elephant.
